  Won II Place in Periyar University Intercollegiate Taekwondo tournament      Periyar University Intercollegiate Taekwondo tournament was conducted by Periyar university at periyar University on 25.10.23. The following Students of Thiruvalluvar Govt. Arts College won 2 Gold medals , 1 silver & 1 bronze medal. And also our Thiruvalluvar Govt. Arts college team won overall championship II place 1.                       Won I Place & III Place in District level Marathon      K.Gunadevan of I B.Com won Gold medal & Rs. 10000 cash prize and S.Mohan of I BA History won bronze medal & Rs.3000 cash prize in  marathon  conducted by Namakkal District red ribbon club on August 26th 2023.                                        Congratulations

  Won Bronze medals in Namakkal District Athletic meet K.Gunadevan of I B.Com won the Bronze medals in 1500 mts & Medlay Relay in 2nd Namakkal District junior Athletics Championships - 2023 held at K.S.R.Educational Institutions, Tiruchengode on August 19th & 20th 2023 

  Gold medal in District Taekwondo Championship -2023      S.R.Hariprasath  of I B.A., (Political Science) won  Gold Medal in the  32nd Salem District Taekwondo Championship - 2023 held on 18th June  2023 at Krishnamoorthy kalyana Mandapam, Semmanthittu, Salem  .                                                     Congratulations to the winner  

  Periyar University Inter collegiate tournaments 2022-23      our college students received  trophies from Periyar University Vice Chancellor for II Place in Taekwondo (M) & III Place in Hockey (W)

       Annula Sports day was celebrated on 13.04.2023 in a grand manner.  The principal of the college, Dr.S.Banumathi presided over the function. Thiru.T.K.K.Senthil kumar, Deputy superintendent of Police, Rasipuram was invited to be the Chief Guest, who has delivered wonderful special address to appreciate, motivate and encourage the sports aspirants. Dr.R.Sivakumar, Head, Political Science delivered a wonderful felicitation address.   The winners and runners up of the various competitions were distributed certificate with medal and memento by the chief guest. The prize winners were praised by all the dignitaries and teaching staff of the college excitedly.
